Liu Yuheng is an MPhil student in the Microelectronics Thrust of the Function Hub at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), China, under the supervision of Prof. Zefeng Xu.

He received a B.E. degree from South China Normal University in 2025. His previous research mainly focused on the field of infrared light field imaging. He is committed to contributing his share to the development of the next-generation PIC technology.
