Haochen Yu is a Research Assistant in the Thrust of Microelectronics of the Function Hub at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), China.

He received his M.S. degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Science (UCAS), Institute of Microelectronics in 2025, and B.E. degree from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2022. His research has mainly focused on photonic computing, neural network.
