With the rapid advancement of technology, autonomous driving technology is gradually maturing and is expected to be widely applied in real-world traffic environments in the future. Among them, Level 4 (L4) autonomous vehicles, as representatives of highly automated driving, have already been deployed in pilot operations in certain cities. In Nansha District, Guangzhou, China, Pony.ai's L4 autonomous vehicles have been introduced into Robotaxi services, providing residents with driverless travel experiences. With the integration of autonomous vehicles, traffic flow characteristics may undergo changes, making it crucial to study their impact on overall traffic flow. In recent years, the development of drone technology has provided an efficient means for traffic flow data collection, enabling the acquisition of large-scale, high-precision trajectory data of mixed traffic flow. By analyzing these data, it is possible to explore the behavioral characteristics of autonomous vehicles in complex traffic environments and their impact on traffic flow dynamics, thereby providing scientific insights for the optimization of future autonomous driving technology and intelligent traffic management.
